Bubble tea, tea houses, Asian bakeries and dessert shops in this group are usually walk-in, counter-order businesses with a menu board overhead listing sweetness and ice levels you can adjust when ordering. Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. Asian bakeries sell items individually with tongs and a tray, cafeteria-style, rather than pre-boxed, and pastries are typically less sweet than Western bakery items. Lines build up quickly after school and in the evening, especially near colleges. Most of these businesses accept cards and mobile pay and skew younger in clientele and atmosphere.
The business lists hours on 2 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 10 AMβ6 PM. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (585) 730-5653. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Rochester is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Rochester peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. UPDATE: full refund finally posted 1 week later I wanted to surprise my husband with a dessert from back home since we relocated to North Carolina. I ordered a carrot cake bundt cake on July 27th for August 5th delivery. The shipping was 2 day shipping and I understand that was out of the sellers control. However after 72 hours and on a 96Β° day the cake arrived and I was only refunded the shipping. I emailed to request a full refund, no reply. The photos are what I ordered versus what arrived.

Love their cheesecake. I came here Saturday morning to get a cheesecake. After reviewing many places, I decided to try out Cheesy Eddie, and their cheesecake does not disappoint me. Itβs creamy and not too sweet as other bakery (still a little bit sweet for me, but their sugar level is acceptable). The store is small and a bit hidden. Staffs are friendly. The only thing I wish is the 1lb type could be a bit cheaper. Or I think getting 2lb will be better value

Cheesy Eddies carrot cake is our absolute favorite! We donβt live in NY anymore but we get it shipped for my husbandβs birthday every year (not to mention we also had this as our wedding cake!) this year our shipment was delayed due to a UPS issue which was going to make the cake come in after his birth and likely not stay good since itβs perishable. Stephen from cheesy eddies called me before I even noticed it was an issue to be able to resolve it for us! They were so kind and apologetic that our cake wouldnβt be there on time and quickly sent another one! We were just happy to get a 2nd cake so we could have it over the weekend and so grateful for exceptional service! Highly recommend!

Cheesy Eddieβs is truly the best of the best! The desserts are amazing, the people are incredibly kind, and the service is outstanding. Iβve ordered many desserts from here, but I wanted to share my experience with a custom cake I recently ordered. I came in with an idea and a vision, and they brought it to life perfectly. The cake not only looked incredible, but it tasted just as amazing. It was a total hit at the party and truly stood out. Iβm so grateful to Andrea, the cake decorator, for helping bring my vision to life, and to the rest of the staff for being so wonderful during pickup. If Cheesy Eddieβs hasnβt been part of your special occasions (or any time youβre craving dessert), youβre doing it wrong. 10/10 recommend!

Such a cute little bakery, but probably the best dessert Iβve ever had so far! I loved their raspberry cupcakes (which the samples definitely got me) but also their Large Janeβs Delight! We got the mini and tried it while waiting for our cheesecake samplers and ended up getting the Large to take home! Iβm not a huge cheesecake person, but the family said it was the best cheesecake theyβve ever had!!
